Antoine Larmanjat

Antoine Larmanjat is a Technical Director in Google Cloud’s Office of the CTO, where he oversees the team’s efforts in EMEA and focuses on AI applied to code development and Web3. Prior to Google, Antoine was the Group CIO of Euler Hermes (Allianz Trade), the global leader in credit insurance, where he led a major transformation of its IT landscape and architecture. He was also instrumental in changing the IT culture to an engineering culture and laid the foundation of new IT principles around microservices, APIs, Cloud, reliability and real-time data warehousing. Prior to Euler Hermes, Antoine founded Payconiq (ING Bank spinoff), a mobile payments fintech for in-store, online and peer-to-peer payments. Prior to that, he was Head of ING Direct France IT where his team introduced a number of innovations, notably one of the first mobile banking apps. Antoine also held a number of IT positions at LVMH and HP. Antoine received his bachelor's degree in computer science from the Université de Technologie de Compiègne and a master’s degree in computer science from North Carolina State University.
