Karishma Irani has spent a decade building product for developer tooling and currently leads the core product at LaunchDarkly. Prior to this, she worked on building the infrastructure monitoring product at New Relic to help software teams reduce recovery time. She's passionate about partnering with product-minded engineers to make software releases fun. When she’s not building or breaking products, she’s engaging in Type-II fun activities, such as backpacking in the Sierras with no network for a week.
