I hope they both die. I mean, if you really need strong types in the browser then you could leverage WASM and use a real programming language.

Sander Rodenhuis

Sander Rodenhuis is the co-founder and CTO of Red Kubes, and is responsible for the development of Otomi, a platform for production grade capabilities on Kubernetes. Before founding Red Kubes in 2019, Sander worked as an IT consultant and architect, designing and building both private and public cloud infrastructures. Next to his daytime job, Sander earned a Bachelor in technical informatics. He holds certifications like CCSP, CCSK, VCA, CKA, and AWS CSAP. Around five years ago, Sander started using Kubernetes and refactored a large software-as-a-service (SaaS) application to containers. He soon learned that although Kubernetes can offer high business value because of automated rollouts and self-healing, it also comes with huge challenges and high investments. This became the driver behind the vision for Otomi: creating a complete and compliant self-hosted Platform as a Service (PaaS)  that can be installed on any Kubernetes in just a couple of minutes.
